Frequently asked questions
What if there is a problem with my files?
Please contact us through Etsy Messages with your order number, the product name and a description of the issue. If possible, include a screenshot without personal or payment information. We will review the issue and discuss an appropriate resolution. Our shop policies do not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
Is this a physical product?
Our Etsy collection focuses on digital products. Please check each listing for the delivery format and included files. No physical item will be shipped for a digital listing.
Is rigging included, and what software do I need?
Please check the individual listing for rigging status, included files and compatible software before purchasing. If you are unsure whether a product fits your setup, contact us through Etsy Messages before ordering.
Can I use the product commercially or modify it?
Please read the license in the individual listing before purchasing. Permissions and restrictions can differ between products. If your intended use is not covered, contact us before purchase rather than assuming it is permitted.
How do I download and import the Catgirl model?
After payment is confirmed, download the ZIP from Etsy in a web browser (Your account > Purchases and reviews > Download Files). Digital files cannot be downloaded through the Etsy app. Fully extract the ZIP, read READ_ME_FIRST.txt, and copy the entire Catgirl folder into desktop VTube Studio's Live2DModels folder. Select Catgirl and calibrate tracking for your face and camera. The ZIP includes English Quick Start and Expression Controls guides.
Is the Catgirl model exclusive, and can I stream with it?
Catgirl is a non-exclusive, premade rigged bust model: other buyers may use the same character. You may use it as your own avatar in monetized streams, videos and social posts. You may adjust tracking, hotkeys and colors for your own use. Redistribution, resale, sublicensing and claiming authorship or exclusive rights are not allowed. Merchandise, client work and use as another person's avatar require separate written permission. Please read the included LICENSE.txt.
