After a visit to Finland over the summer and being submersed into family and culture, I wanted something to remind me of the beauty of Finland, the culture, family, and the stories. I couldn't be more pleased. Shipping to the US was quick with no complaints. I didn't actually need customer service. However, I felt compelled to mention how beautiful the presentation was when I received them, wrapped as a gift in paper with the Finnish flower design. Merja took the time to send a note on a beautiful autumn card, along with care instructions. Thank you!
