This is just as colorful and vibrant in person as it is in the photo. it's plush, thick yarn. I requested mine to be done on a looser stitch because I'm hot natured but it's still great stitching. I'd also like to add that this is a great price considering the quality materials, time and effort. Look up fat yarn and you'll see that it's quite expensive. Even if you find the yarn, I highly doubt you'll find all these colors together. I would absolutely buy again and I would absolutely recommend to family and friends.

🌿 My Story

I’m the maker behind MindfulStitchesUS—an educator (20+ years), knitter, and lifelong believer in the power of slowing down.

I began knitting during a season of life when I needed quiet. After long days in the classroom, I found comfort in the steady rhythm of yarn moving through my hands. Stitch by stitch, knitting became a way to calm my mind, ground my body, and create something meaningful without rushing.

What started as a personal practice slowly grew into something I wanted to share.

Every hand-knit blanket in my shop is made slowly and intentionally using high-quality materials. I don’t rush the process or cut corners. Each piece is knit by hand, finished with care, and meant to be used and loved in everyday life.

Alongside my handmade work, I also create digital knitting tutorials and patterns. As a teacher, clear instruction and encouragement come naturally to me. My guides are designed for beginners and slow makers—people who want to learn without pressure and enjoy the process as much as the finished piece.
