Payments are handled securely through Etsy Payments or PayPal and require immediate payment upon completion of your order as per Etsy's guidelines.
I accept all major credit cards via PayPal, which allows for Debit and Credit card payments without a PayPal account. I accept postal money orders from UK customers only.
PayPal is safe, secure and easy to use!
To pay with a credit card choose the PayPal option and then “continue without a PayPal account” link on the new PayPal page.
Please let me know if you encounter any problems during this process.
Please note, if you choose to pay with a PAYPAL cheque, funds may not clear for up to a week.
I will post goods upon clearance of funds. I will notify you immediately about any possible delays in your order.

Packages to the UK will be sent by Signed for Second Class Mail to help minimise your costs for items under £20 (proof of postage but no tracking). Other items will be shipped via Royal Mail or other using the most economical method taking into account the item's value.

Overseas packages will be sent via 'Tracked and Signed For' mail where available.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Import duties, taxes/Customs charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and they may be imposed upon the delivery of your parcel by your local Customs/Postal office.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. Labels are generated automatically with all the information pertaining to the sale. Please do not request modifications to the customs forms. All international packages will be marked with the actual value of the item. Please do not ask me to adjust the value. This is an official document and therefore not subject for negotiation. Thank you for your understanding.

All items are securely packed using recycled materials where possible, and shipped promptly once payment confirmation is received.

Once your payment is received, please allow 3-5 working days for your order to be prepared and shipped (and very often sooner!).
I will always let you know when your order is en route by email/convo and by marking your order as shipped in your purchase section.

Within the UK you should expect to receive your items within 5 working days
International customers should receive their orders within 7-12 working days but that is just an estimate. Please be aware that there is a chance that items may be held up in customs and take longer to arrive.

No unmanned PO BOXES PLEASE!!!!

What happens if I dont receive my item?

Please bear in mind that your order is shipping from the UK
If you live outside of the UK I would not consider an item “missing” until at least 21 working days have passed since shipping.
If your item is missing do let me know and I will provide you with all of the information I can for you to make a claim through your local post office.

Unfortunately on occasion items do go missing in the post and although I cannot be held responsible for this, I always retain Proof of Posting for every shipment and will do everything possible to help you seek compensation from this end.

Regarding Digital Images:

My modification and restoration process of the image in the shop, has resulted in my creating a new work (restored or annotated or improved work), that gives me a clear and novated copyright to this modified version. I do retain the copyright on all my work and it is not intended for mass production. If you would like to use an image for mass production you can contact me for the rights at a reasonable fee.

Although our images have been sourced from the Public Domain many of them have been digitally enhanced by us. We therefore request that you respect the time and creative work put into restoring these images and do not sell our digital images as is.

YOU MAY NOT:
- resell or redistribute our images as downloaded from us via Etsy or any other site from which we trade, in their original form, as part of a digital collage or other digital artwork in digital collections on CDs/DVDs, memory cards, flash or thumb drives, or other digital media or in digital format of any kind for resale.
- use our images for mass production, if you wish to use any image on more than 100 items please contact us to buy a special commercial use license
- share our images- they cannot be copied, or transferred to anyone else, nor given away for free,
- trade it,
- sell it as part of a CD/DVD compilation or singly on CD/DVD,
- sell it as part of a digital collage,
- sell as cross stitch patterns.

YOU MAY:
- sell prints of the image in any size you like,
- use our images for personal use or to be incorporated into artwork that you sell on a small scale (eg. craft projects),
- restore, recolour, or alter the image(s) to suit your needs,
- use the image(s) on your blog or website,
- use the image(s) as clip art for any personal use.
