How do digital downloads work?
Digital products are available after Etsy confirms payment. Open Etsy in a web browser, go to Purchases and Reviews, and select Download Files. No physical item will be mailed. Please save a backup copy of your files after downloading.
How should I print my digital files?
For best results, print at home using high-quality paper and your printer’s best-quality setting, or use a local print shop or reputable online printing service. Confirm the file size and orientation shown in the listing before printing. Colors may vary slightly between screens and printers.
Do you accept custom or personalized orders?
Yes, when a listing offers personalization or when my schedule allows custom work. Please message me before purchasing with the wording, colors, size, and deadline you need. Custom work begins only after the details and price are agreed upon.
How long do physical products take to prepare?
Processing times vary by product and are shown in each listing. Handmade and personalized items may require additional time. Shipping estimates begin after processing and are provided by the carrier; they are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.
What comes with a ceramic paint kit?
Each listing explains the exact contents. Kits may include an unfinished ceramic piece, paint colors, brushes, and instructions. Colors and small accessories can vary. Paint is not intended for eating surfaces, and children should use kits with adult supervision.
How should car freshies be used and stored?
Hang car freshies freely so they do not rest against dashboards, consoles, upholstery, plastic, painted surfaces, or other objects. Heat can soften or melt them. Keep away from children and pets, avoid direct skin contact, and store unused freshies sealed in a cool place.
Can digital or personalized items be returned?
Digital downloads cannot be returned or exchanged after access because they are delivered electronically. Personalized items and opened or used craft kits are generally nonreturnable. Eligibility for other physical products is shown in each listing. Please contact me if there is a problem with your order.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please message me through Etsy within 3 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. I will review the information and work with you on the appropriate replacement or resolution.
