Do we accept return or exchanges?
Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. However, if your item arrives damaged or there's an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Processing time is typically 4–6 business days, and shipping time depends on your location:
US/Canada: 3–7 business days
Europe: 5–10 business days
International: 7–30 business days

What if I receive the wrong item or my item is damaged?
We’re so sorry! Please send us a photo of the issue within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll replace or refund your item.

Can I cancel or change my order after it's placed?
