Although we select the most healthy plants and try to pack and ship them very carefully, there are times when your plants will lose a leaf or two due to the fact that these are living things being shipped in an enclosed box for close to a week.

Please contact us if you are experiencing any issues with your order. If your plant arrives damaged or dead, please provide a clear picture of the damaged or dead plant within 24 hours of receipt for a speedy resolution. Any problems reported outside of the 24 hour timeframe will be at our discretion.

Shipping charges will NOT be refunded.
