5 out of 5 starsAt first, I thought this was a scam. The pdf docs I received left me with questions. Ali was so helpful in answering all my questions that I couldn’t wait to start building. His customers are his top priority. I would purchase plans from here again in the future.

5 out of 5 starsI wasn't very happy with the instructions. However, the customer service representative handled my issue superbly. They offered solutions and helped me. Therefore, I'm still giving it 5 stars. The instructions themselves could be improved.
