All orders will be shipped registered with the German postal service -Deutsche Post-, provided with a tracking number.
The orders will be shipped to your Etsy's address. If you need we ship to a different address, please send us a message with the information.
Delivery time is approximately 6-8 business days for Europe and 8-15 business days for the States. But, this is not an exact science..
For international orders (out of EU), please, note your local Customs can apply taxes, we are not responsible.
UNCLAIMED PACKAGES:
Please, note we ship by registered mail with delivery under signature. We are not responsible for any unclaimed package. Please take into account postal service returns unclaimed packages after certain days (please, check with your local postal service).
In case your package is unclaimed and comes back to us, we offer to you the possibility of ship again applying shipping costs again or refund your money back (except shipping costs, we will apply also -3$ fee for packaging costs and paypal fees).

If your order never arrives, please contact with us! We will check with postal service and once they confirm us your package is lost, we will ship a replacement or refund your money back.
