MoonbaseBeta is taking a short break

Note from shop owner Moonbase Beta was a fun project I started years ago. I loved making and distributing pods for these wonderful Dinky and Konami Eagles. There are so many out there, and so many fans with incomplete Eagles looking for replacement pods, new pods, diorama accessories. And I loved making them available.

However, the last year has taken a toll on me. 2025 has been tough so far and as the world angles itself towards a fascism we successfully fought off for 90+ years I find myself pulling away from trivial pursuits.

My interest has not disappeared, but it has been reduced by events in 2025 as the Gestapo has begun opening up foreign concentration camps - Gulags - kidnapping and exporting anyone who openly disagrees with a felon who has wrested control of a country that once proudly led the world in freedoms once rightly boasted of its cherishment and adherence to law and order.

Moonbase Beta is gone. If it does return, I will make it known.
