The quality..... the best case I've owned for my Macbook. my logo looks stunning! i am going to ordering again for other devices. RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS POLICY
All items are made to order and carefully inspected before shipping. We only accept returns or replacements for manufacturing defects, such as print errors or receiving the wrong model. Please contact us within 5 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. Normal wear and tear or damage caused by use is not considered a defect, and we are not responsible for damage to your device.
Can I exchange my case if I order the wrong model?
No. Each case is made specifically for you based on the selected design, phone model, case type, and finish. Because of its personalized nature, we’re unable to resell returned items, as it’s very unlikely someone else would want the exact same combination from our wide selection of designs, phone models, and finishes. We truly appreciate your understanding 💌
Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted within the first 6 hours after purchase. Once your order enters production, we’re no longer able to cancel it.

Custom and personalized orders
All custom and personalized orders are made to order. Please make sure to select the correct phone model when placing your order. Due to the personalized nature of these items, returns or exchanges are not accepted, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, customs, weather, or peak seasons. Please be sure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we’re unable to take responsibility for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.
