There was an error in the tracking number that was not the seller's fault, and a response to help me clear things up was almost immediate. The package was well-wrapped, and arrived in perfect condition. I definitely recommend!!

Why aren't all my items in one package?
We use multiple print providers, which sometimes results in your items coming from various locations. If you are unable to see tracking for your additional items please contact me and I will make sure to send your secondary tracking information for you!
Can I cancel my order?
We create your apparel specifically for you, so if you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us quickly before we begin production. Any changes or cancellations MUST be made within 1 hour of purchase. Once it's in the printing queue, we can't make modifications, but we'll do our best to assist you.
My order arrived damaged or not as described. What do I do?
We want you to love your order, and we’re here to help if there’s an issue! If you receive an item that is incorrect in size, has a printing defect, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.
To process a replacement, we require:
- Clear photos showing the issue (e.g., misprint, damage, incorrect item).
- For size issues, photos of the item laid flat with a measuring tape or ruler showing the dimensions.
🔔 Important: All claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery to ensure a smooth resolution process. Once we have the necessary photos, we’ll submit the request for a reprint and get a corrected item sent your way.
Can I return my purchase?
Kindly note that we cannot offer exchanges or returns for incorrect sizing or change of preference.
Each item includes a detailed sizing chart with exact measurements, and it is your responsibility to select the correct size.
If you have any questions about sizing, we encourage you to reach out before purchasing so we can assist you in choosing the best fit.
My order never arrived.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:
Once an order has shipped, Moonlit Cat Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for package theft or lost shipments. However, we are happy to work with you from the start to ensure you have the best experience possible.
INCORRECT ADDRESS:
Orders with incorrect shipping addresses or misspelled names due to customer error cannot be refunded once shipped. If a replacement is needed, it can be repurchased at full price. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us before your order ships.
