I have a second jacket outstanding once or if it arrives my account will be closed jacket fantastic excellent I would of shopped with you again I'm really impressed by the jacket but Customer service? What customer service! 0 out of 10 is to high a score 0 being the worst

4 out of 5 starsThe size chart needs to be revised. I ordered a size up from what the chart indicated, but it's still too small. Returning the item is a hassle; I'm stuck with a jacket I won't wear or that will cost me an arm and a leg in shipping and customs fees.
