Item Broken, damaged or incorrect?
If you receive a product which is broken on arrival or has an incorrect design, please contact us through your Etsy account as soon as possible, with a photo of the broken, damaged or incorrectly delivered item. We are happy to replace them if they arrive damaged, broken, mis-printed or if our sublimation printer has sent you the wrong item.
Please let us know ASAP and we will resolve the issue for you.
I need to change my delivery address
If you have placed an order and need to change the delivery address, please contact us ASAP.
We will do our best to try and accommodate the change of address but if your order has already been processed and assigned to our fulfilment partners it is impossible to change the delivery address.
To avoid this problem, please always double-check your address when you place an order with us.
