It was specified that the pattern would be a PDF in various sizes, but I received an incomplete file containing only a tutorial on how to make the pattern. It's 13 pages long, and one page only has a picture of the pattern. I spoke with the seller, and they sent the same tutorial. I will be filing a complaint with the platform and my credit card company. I always buy patterns here; this is the first time this has happened.
