4 out of 5 starsI haven't stitched out this design yet, so I can't reply. I am having a hard time with the downloads to my pc. Because I bought so many designs, multiplied by all the different programs (15 different machines) plus each design has 9 different sizes, I'm suffering from total confusion. The company I usually buy from lets you pick the exact program and size you want. no zip files, very easy. I'm about to hire someone for help.

Hello Samula, I hope you are well. When I saw your message, I clarified that I don´t have the VP3 format. I offered you by message to send you the files in editable PXF format. If this does not solve the problem, I can refund 100% of the money... I await your response. I sincerely hope this is resolved!
