5 étoiles sur 5The quality of the item was wonderful. It was a gift for my mom and she loved it. My complaint is the delivery service speedx. I watched as the rushed delivery driver threw my delicate package across my porch, then kick it upright so she could rush to take the picture and run into her car. There is no way to reach the delivery service to complain, and they have horrible reviews. So the item was great, but you should use a different delivery service. Thankfully nothing was broken, although the music box did not light up at first. Ultimately it did start working.

5 étoiles sur 5The music box is very pretty! The image is as described, it has crisp edges and isn't warped or scratched. It feels a little fragile in your hands but not more than any other small music box, don't expect to be able to squeeze it. It was packaged very nicely for safe shipping, came with a charger cable, the light is bright, the music box wind up is easy to turn. I plan to get another as a gift for a friend!
