I have a very large font library. If you'd like to see some other font options for a specific note card, just ask. If you see a font on another Nay's Notes listing that you like better, I can absolutely change it for you. Just enter it in with your personalization, or send me a message with your request.

To keep processing moving along, proofs are sent by request only. Requested proofs will be sent via Etsy messages the next business day. Please check your messages to approve your proof and confirm your shipping address. Proofs awaiting approval will cause delays with printing and shipping. By requesting a proof, you also agree to responding within 3 days or will print as is.

Please use a valid email address that you check regularly. If I have a question and can't get in touch with you, your order will be canceled. Orders without proofs will be copied/pasted exactly as entered and formatted the same as the sample, and if a color isn't specified on applicable listings, the sample color will be used.

Currently, I am not doing any custom illustrations. However, I can customize some illustrations with different colors. Please message me first to see if I can customize an illustration for you. All of my illustrations can be used on any of my products, so please message me and I'll do it for you.

All text is customizable and can say whatever you'd like. Just enter it in the personalization box.

Premium 110 lb., 14.5 pt. cover stock is used for both folded and flat note cards. It has a beautiful smooth texture in 97 brightness. The eggshell white envelopes and fiber smooth sand are 80 lb. text weight with subtle textures and fit the note cards perfectly.

Most of my notes can be flat or folded. Please message me and let me know what you want and I'll create the sample and listing for you if I don't already have one.

Shipping is via USPS Ground Advantage. Priority Mail and UPS are available by request. Nay's Notes items are packaged in recyclable clear sleeves, wrapped in white kraft paper, recyclable bubble wrap, and placed in recyclable bubble mailers or boxes. All my items are packaged with love and care in my workshop.

If you notice your shipping address is wrong, contact me ASAP! I have no way of knowing it's incorrect and the label prints exactly what is on your account. I can edit the address before I print the label if you send me the correct address, but please confirm your address during check out.

Current processing times are reflected in all listings and invoices. Current order volume determines the processing schedule. Orders are carefully handcrafted, and not rushed, and typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days, but can vary during busy seasons.
