ALL EARS SALES ARE FINAL. Once you place your ear order, I start creating your custom order and therefore can not issue you a refund. Please read the entire description and view all photos closely. I encourage you to contact me via Etsy conversation with any questions you may have before ordering.
SHIRT EXCHANGE:
PLEASE VIEW THE SIZE GUIDE IN EACH LISTING BEFORE PURCHASING SHIRTS. If you need a different size, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your SHIRT. Be sure to include your order number. NOTE: All items must be unworn/unwashed for any kind of exchange) Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs during the exchanging/return process.

Care instructions

EAR CARE:
My handmade ears are not waterproof, therefore you should try to avoid wearing them in the rain for long periods of time and any other extreme weather conditions. If your ears are left to sit in extreme heat for a long period of time, the heat will destroy the adhesive and may cause damage to your ears. If your ears get a little dirty from too much fun at Disney, please hand wash only. Although the items are carefully crafted, please do NOT leave little ones under three alone with any item that is small or has small parts. Your precious ears are handmade and need to be handled delicately and with care.

Unfortunatley, due to a high volume in orders, I am unable to take cutom orders.

Sizing details

Shirt sizing: I always include sizing details in my listings. Please read them carefully and measure first before ordering. If you have any questions on the size, please feel free to contact me via Etsy conversation.

Care instructions

SHIRT CARE: For a longer shirt life, please follow the shirts care instructions. DO NOT iron directly over the shirts embellishments. Turn inside out to wash, dry and iron. Tumble dry on low.
