3 out of 5 starsI am disappointed with what I received. Yes, these are handmade and of course that means there will be variability in the final product. But the what I received does not look like what is shown in the listing. I had to spend hours painting and restructuring the flowers and leaves to fix them. The seller does not accept refunds or offer replacements. She gave me some airing out instructions that did not improve the flowers at all. Buyer beware

Every handmade item has minor natural differences, but we always aim to keep them as close to photos as possible. We feel bad you had to spend so much time reworking the flowers and leaves, and we apologize the airing advice didn’t help. We truly take all feedback seriously.
