I’m wondering why you declared a 105 GBP value on my last order while the real value was about 81 CND (what I actually paid). Because of that over valuation, I had to pay about 40 CND in sales taxes and handling fees (double the amount I should have paid). In the future, please, declare the real value. Thank you

Dear Lise, thank you for confirming the order receipt. I am sorry to hear you have to pay the extra in sales tax and handling fee. Just to confirm, you purchased 5 balls of Camel Hair, which is the £21 each. The total value for this declaration was £105 as you mentioned. That is correct. As you placed 2 orders and asked to send them in one parcel, it seems large, but unfortunately nothing I can do to reduce value on the parcel. I hope you will enjoy to work with your Camel Hair yarn. Thank you.

My name is Nina, and I’m the proud owner of NinElDesigns. I call Blackpool, United Kingdom, my home. I come from a long line of talented knitters and crocheters, starting with my great-grandmum. Knitting, crocheting, and sewing have been my main hobbies since I was a child. I opened my Etsy shop because I wanted to expand and create beautiful clothing and home decor items for other people too. My shop allows me to share my passion for sewing and fiber work with people all over the world. I’m dedicated to creating my own brand so that I can provide my customers with high quality service and goods.

My designs are elegant, fashionable, and cozy - something you can snuggle up in while still looking stylish. All of them are unique and created by me. I love to design my own, unique apparel and home decor as well, and I draw a lot of inspiration from art and painting. I really enjoy working with high-end fabrics and yarn to create one-of-a-kind pieces. My Etsy shop is constantly growing, as I’m inspired to bring new and exciting products to my customers.

In my free time, you can find me hanging out with friends and family. My main hobby hasn’t changed since I was a little girl; I still truly love creating through crochet, knitting, and sewing. I just love turning raw materials into beautiful works of wearable art, and I find so much fulfillment in doing it.
