How are the mugs made?
HOW ARE THE CERAMIC MUGS PRINTED?
Each ceramic mug is carefully printed one at a time using the dye sublimation technique. This involves several detailed steps to ensure a high-quality, long-lasting print:
Print the design onto special transfer paper using a high-quality inkjet printer.
Trim the transfer paper around the design to fit the mug.
Pre-heat the mug to ensure optimal adhesion.
Attach the transfer paper securely to the mug using tape.
Place the mug in a heat press for 3 minutes at high temperature to transfer the ink onto the ceramic.
Carefully remove the mug from the press and take off the transfer paper and tape.
Allow the mug to cool down from 400°F to room temperature.
Once cooled, the mug is carefully packaged for shipping.
