PAYMENT:

Instant Transfers, Credit Cards and E-checks via PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to use this system, and PayPal securely accepts all major credit cards (see PayPal's terms and conditions for further information).

Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item can be downloaded. If you are having any issues with Payment please do not hesitate to contact me and I will assist you in anyway that I can.

Note: Any custom fees & duties are the responsibility of the buyer. Please be aware of the rules & regulations of your home country.



'SHIPPING' OF DIGITAL GOODS:

All orders are digital downloads that are not shipped directly to you - unless stated otherwise. You can download them once the payment is through.
Etsy only allows direct downloads via PC and not the app.

Orders count as 'shipped and completed' as soon as payment is transfered and you downloaded the files in the order.



REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason please contact me within 3 business days of receiving your files.
I will do my best to resolve the problem quickly and help you to get everything to work.

If you haven't downloaded the files, contact me before you do so - then I might be able to refund your order. Refunds and exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis.

But keep in mind that - once the files are downloaded - the likelyhood of a refund of any digital item is very low.

Note: custom orders and commissions are tailored to the buyer's needs. The work starts as soon as the payment is made - thus these orders cannot be refunded.



COPYRIGHT NOTICE:

The content owner retains all ownership rights to their art.

The owner grants the buyer the right to use the art for commercial purposes related to content creation (such as streaming or online video content) with exception of directly selling, reproducing, changing or otherwise distributing the art.

All information concerning all media provided by the content owner through the use of the Etsy is, to the best of content owner’s knowledge, true and accurate.

By buying or downloading any artwork or content, the buyer represents and warrants that they do not upload, post, transmit, change, sell or otherwise distribute any materials including but not limited to text, data, sketches, photos, drawings, graphics, digital images, and related visual compositions of the content owner.


DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY POLICY:

The content owner only collects the basic data to process the order and create invoices if necessary. All data is collected in accordance with Etsy's privacy policy (see https://www.etsy.com/legal/privacy/ for further information).

The content owner acts, to the best of content owner’s knowledge, in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (“DMCA”), the text of which may be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website at http://www.copyright.gov/legislation/pl105-304.pdf
