Frequently asked questions
Delivery
The date for standard delivery is shown on the right of the image if using a laptop or computer. If using a mobile device it is under the Delivery and Returns tab and for delivery upgrades you will need to add the item to basket and the options with dates will be shown during checkout.
Standard Delivery is by Royal Mail Tracked with upgrades available at checkout.
NOTE: When using Mobile Device or Etsy app the delivery upgrade option is available on the last page of checkout after entering your card details and clicking 'Review Order'.
We cannot reduce current delivery times at the moment, sorry.
My wording won't fit
The character limit is purposely set to a maximum so that the text fits within the space available.
Update on my order
You can track the progress of your order in your Etsy account by clicking ‘Purchases’ and ‘View Receipt’ tab or if your order has been dispatched click 'Track Package'.
Sizing details
A full description of our products, including sizes is available to view in the images of every listing and in the full description. We only make our products in the sizes shown.
Custom and personalised orders
The details required to personalise your item can be viewed in the full listing description and in the personalisation boxes.
Sorry we don't offer a fully custom design service and all our products will be in the design and colours shown.
We also do not create products using other people's designs and we respectfully request that you do not ask us to do so. It's a little unfair to us and it's certainly not fair for the person who created the design. The design may also be subject to Copyright and you may not have the right to ask. Sorry!
Can't find a product I purchased previously
To keep our products fresh and up to date we do periodically retire designs. If the product you are looking for is not in our shop, then our apologies it is no longer available.
Do you offer other products not shown in your shop
Sorry we don't, due to consistently high demand we only sell the designs that are available in our shop.
My order hasn't arrive when expected
Please check the tracking as this will update you on where your parcel is. If shown as delivered please check around your property and with neighbours as the post person may have left in a safe place or with a neighbour. If no trace, then please contact us, so we can look into this for you.
