Hi, I’m Charlotte — vintage fanatic, sentimental curator, and big believer that the right object can spark a memory, a smile, or even a little magic.
Once In A Moon is my love letter to all things wonderfully weird, nostalgic, and full of character. I search high and low for pieces that feel like stories waiting to be told — from fairytalecore teapots and whimsygoth mirrors to bohemian key boxes and retro kitchen kitsch. If it’s a little quirky, a little dreamy, and full of soul, you’ll probably find it here.
My style is a mix of eclectic charm, boho vibes, retro nostalgia, and that moody-sweet whimsygoth magic. Nearly everything in my shop is vintage or pre-loved and personally sourced by me through thrifting adventures, estate finds, and second-hand treasure hunting, mostly throughout Canada.
I do occasionally thrift during trips to the USA as well, and a small portion of inventory may ship from California with occasional help from family/friends when I’m there. I’m still a very small independently run business, and every item is personally selected, photographed, packed, and listed by me with care.
Everything I list is pre-loved, often rescued, and chosen because it felt special. I photograph and pack each piece myself, with a note tucked in — because this isn’t just shopping, it’s connection.
