I loved that the seller posted videos and many pictures to get a good visual. The item itself is in good used condition visually —no issues like rips or stains. However, it arrived very dirty/stinky. When I opened the bag the item smelled musty and dusty & had stray head hairs. I completed one wash with the addition of Lysol fabric sanitizer, but it still had a lingering smell. I’m in the middle of a second wash now with the addition of sanitizer, oxiclean, and essential oils and hopeful it will be more successful. Had I known this part of its condition, I would have passed on this garment. I do a lot of online thrifting across several platforms, but this is the first time I’ve ever experienced receiving an item in this condition. I did not reach out for service because I figured washing it was the remedy to the issue.
