How do I download the files after purchase?
After completing your purchase, you will receive an email with a download link. You can also download your files through the purchases menu in Etsy. Please feel free to contact us if you have any issues downloading your files.
How do I unzip the files once downloaded?
Many of our digital files come in a compressed folder and need to be unzipped before use. To unzip the files, right-click on the folder and click "Extract All" in the menu. Choose a file location to create the unzipped folder to complete the process.
