The ring was broken at the connection point after one hour of use. contacted customer service and no answer yet.

Impractical and difficult to wear item

I'm very enthusiastic about the idea behind this piece of jewelry. Unfortunately, the fit isn't right for my hand. When I tried to adjust it, the metal ring and the side wire broke off when I bent them. Perhaps providing the dimensions of the finger spacing would help with the description. I don't know how to make this great idea practical for myself – I'm waiting for inspiration. ☺️ Thanks anyway and best regards.
