Hi. I started OptimiSheets after a decade of watching smart people pay $30 a month for software they barely opened.
I'd spent years in operations and finance, building the same kind of dashboard over and over for whichever team I was on. The same pain kept showing up. Real revenue, no clarity on what was actually profitable.
The fix was almost always a clean Google Sheet with the right formulas in it. So I started making them on purpose.
I love structure. I plan most of my life in spreadsheets. Workouts, groceries, travel, even what I'm reading next. If a problem can be solved with a tab and a formula, I'd rather build that than pay $30 a month for a worse version of the same thing.
I don't run this alone. My family helps me build it, and they bring real business experience to the table. They've held leadership and operations roles in their own careers, so when we review a template together, we're looking at it like operators, not designers. The work is sharper because of them.
Every template here solves one specific problem. We test each one inside Google Sheets before it lists. You buy it once and it's yours forever.
