Absolutely love the custom pattern. I haven't put it together yet, but am looking forward to it. The instructions are super clear and give plenty of options so that you can make the stitching as easy or hard as you'd like. I needed a slight adjustment and it was taken care of very quickly. Would definitely order another one if I have the need in the future!
