Once your payment is confirmed, your files will be available for instant download. You will receive an automated email from Etsy with a download link. You can also access your files at any time by going to "Your Account" > "Purchases and Reviews" on a web browser (please note the Etsy mobile app does not currently support direct downloads).

I didn't receive my download email. What should I do?
First, please check your spam or junk folder. If you used Apple Pay or a "Guest" checkout, your files were sent to the email address associated with those accounts. If you still can't find it, send us a message and we’ll ensure you get your files!
What is the difference between an SVG and a PNG?
SVG (Scalable Vector Graphic): Best for cutting machines like Cricut or Silhouette. They can be scaled to any size without losing quality.
PNG (Portable Network Graphic): Best for printing, sublimation, or digital scrapbooking. These come with a high-resolution (300 DPI) transparent background.
Will these files work with my Cricut or Silhouette?
Yes! Our SVGs are optimized for Cricut Design Space, Silhouette Designer Edition, and other major cutting software. If you are using the basic (free) version of Silhouette Studio, you will need to use the PNG file with the "trace" function, as it does not support SVG uploads.
Can I use these designs for my small business?
Yes! We love supporting makers. Our "Standard Commercial License" allows you to use these designs to create physical products (like t-shirts, mugs, or stickers) for sale.
