    This was a digital item and was not advertised as so. You have to go several places through the shop in order to see that it's digital only. I do not own the type of printer, paper nor the materials required to print, cut and shape the covers. In speaking to the owner they advised I travel to a print shop who advised me it would be $8 per page to print and cut. This would have brought my total to over $100. I have bought covers from other stores who printed, cut and mailed me the items for the exact price I paid. Since there is a no refund policy I am just at a loss.

    The mention "Digital Download" appears twice in the description and once in the FAQ. I also added it to the header of each listing immediately after your first message, to avoid further confusion. Before a refund was even discussed, you told me to keep the money "as a gift". My communications were nothing but courteous and helpful as much as possible. I cannot be responsible for a buyer's inattention, his specific situation, or what other shops charge.

Will I receive a physical printed cover?

No. The items are Digital Downloads only. You will need to print them yourself or arrange to have them printed out.

The cover I purchased and printed doesn't fit in the case. What should I do?

If the cover doesn't fit your Blu-ray or 4K UHD case, it might be due to incorrect printer settings or document setup. Please refer to the How to guide included with your purchase.

The type of paper can also slightly affect how a printed cover fits in a case. My recommendations for the best type of paper to use are also in the How to guide.

Why is there shipping info on the listing if it is a digital download?

Since Etsy is not primarily made to sell Digital Downloads, the only way to offer multiple covers on a single listing is to treat them as a physical product (even though it is not).
