Yes, on our personalized ornaments, including baby, couple, family, new-home and pet designs. Look for "Personalized" in the listing title, type the name exactly as you want it printed in the personalization box, and tap "Preview your item" to see it before you buy. Each listing shows its character limit. Our other ornaments are fixed 2026 designs, so their wording and year can't be changed.

You receive one round glossy ceramic ornament, approximately 2.76 × 2.76 inches and 0.125 inch (3 mm) thick. The design is printed on one side; the reverse is plain. A gold-toned hanging string is included. Illustrated toys, animals, greenery, and other motifs are printed artwork, not additional physical items. Hole position may vary slightly.

PagePurpose develops the artwork from original prompts with AI assistance and prepares each design for printing. Our production partner, Imagine Your Photos in Fremont, California, prints and ships the ceramic ornament through Printify.

We ship to the US and Canada. Free standard US shipping is included in the ornament price; shipping to Canada is calculated at checkout. Production takes an estimated 4–5 business days, followed by 2–5 business days in transit in the contiguous US. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US territories may take an additional 7–12 business days, and Canadian orders take longer than contiguous-US orders. For Christmas gifting in the contiguous US, we recommend ordering by December 4, 2026; order earlier for Canada and other US destinations. This is a planning recommendation, not a guaranteed delivery cutoff. Please check Etsy's delivery estimate for your address before ordering. Holiday delays are possible.

We do not accept cancellations because orders are sent automatically to our production partner soon after purchase. Please check the design and delivery address before ordering. If you notice a problem, message us immediately; we can check whether a correction is still possible, but changes are not guaranteed. This does not affect rights that apply under consumer law.

If your ornament arrives damaged or there is a printing problem, please message us through Etsy with photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue with our production partner. We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days under the listing's return policy. Buyers pay return shipping and any loss in value if an item is not returned in its original condition. Please contact us before sending a return; do not use the package's shipping address without return instructions.
