Mi nombre es Erin, y soy el alma detrás de Paper Raven Co. Paper Raven Co se inspiró en mis raíces de Baltimore (tanto el Sr. Poe como mi amor por nuestro equipo de fútbol), y que el cuervo es de hecho mi animal espiritual (o al menos todos lo dicen).
Todos mis productos comienzan con manos a papel. Completé mi licenciatura en Studio Art en 2008, y luego recibí mi MFA en Ilustración del Savannah College of Art and Design en 2014. Mi amor por los medios tradicionales siempre ha sido lo primero y lo más importante, y la prioridad de mi trabajo es transmitir la conexión entre el artista y el material. Cada ilustración comienza con un dibujo a lápiz, tinta o acuarela y luego se lleva a Photoshop o Illustrator para completar la pieza final.

My name is Erin, and I am the soul behind Paper Raven Co. Paper Raven Co was inspired by my Baltimore roots (both Mr. Poe and my love for our football team), and that the raven is indeed my spirit animal (or at least everyone says so).
All of my products start with hands-to-paper. I completed my BA in Studio Art in 2008, and then received my MFA in Illustration from the Savannah College of Art and Design in 2014. My love of traditional media has always been first and foremost, and my work's priority is to convey the connection between artist and material. Every illustration starts with a pencil, ink, or watercolor drawing and is then brought into Photoshop or Illustrator to complete the final piece.
I specialize in paper products, am in love with typography, and have an (un?)healthy obsession for pattern-making.
