How do I place an order?
Choose the size, colour, add a personalization if applicable and select the buy it now or add to basket button. If you would like to order multiple items from Pearl Pacifica, add the items to your cart and check out to get combined shipping rates. Enter "none" in the personalization field if you don't want a personalization. Please confirm all details are correct before submitting your order.
Do you offer combined shipping rates?
Yes. If you would like to order multiple items from Pearl Pacifica, add the items to your cart and proceed to checkout to see the combined shipping rates.
How long does it take for processing and shipping?
All items are custom made to order in Canada. Please allow 3-6 business days for production of your product. Shipping within Canada takes 2-5 business days. Shipping to the United States takes 5-15 business days. *Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated territories of the US can take an additional 7-12 business days. Shipping to all other countries takes 10-30 business days. Shipping times may change during the holiday season; please check posted processing times. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us to check if we can meet your deadline.
Can I cancel my order?
If we have not started production yet, we can cancel your order. Since we start production very quickly, we cannot guarantee that we can cancel your order. Please reach out to us right away if you want to cancel.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Since items are custom made to order, we don't accept returns or exchanges. Please ensure that your personalization information is correct when submitting your order. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact us.
In the rare event that you receive an item with the wrong personalization or your order arrives damaged, please send us a message with a photo of the item for a free replacement.
Where do I find the sizing information?
All clothing items are based on unisex sizing. There are size charts in the item's listing photos with detailed measurements and a description of how to find your right size. If you still have any questions, please contact us prior to placing an order. Since all items are made to order, sizing issues won't be refunded.
