Frequently asked questions
How do you create your digital art?
I use a mix of advanced AI art tools to create my digital clipart and graphics. Each design is then carefully upscaled, edited, cleaned up, and recolored in Canva, allowing me to create unique, versatile artwork that reflects my creative style.
What is your commercial licence policy?
✅ You’re welcome to use the graphics in physical or printed products like invitations, cards, flyers, print-on-demand items, gift tags, and more. You can also use them in digital projects such as websites, banners, blogs, templates, invitations, logos, or other designs, as long as the artwork is part of a larger, modified design. Handmade items like scrapbooks, jewelry, or other crafted products are also fine.
⛔ Please don’t resell, share, redistribute, or give away the clipart as-is or in its original format. The artwork can’t be sold as standalone digital files (PNG, JPG, PDF, stickers, digital paper, etc.), even if the colors are changed—simple color changes don’t count as a new design.
How do I access my files after purchase?
After your purchase, Etsy will email you a download link for your files. If you don’t see it right away, be sure to check your spam or junk folder just in case it landed there. You can also access your downloads anytime by logging into your Etsy account and heading to Purchases & Reviews (under your profile icon at the top right).
⚠️ Please note: downloads work best when you sign in to Etsy using a desktop or laptop, or a mobile browser. The Etsy app currently doesn’t support file downloads.
If you have any questions or need help, feel free to reach out — I’m happy to help! 😊
I have received a PDF file upon download, why?
Because Etsy has a small upload limit of only 20 MB, your files are delivered via Google Drive. After purchase, you’ll receive a PDF with a link that takes you straight to the download folder.
If you have any questions or need help accessing your files, just send me a message—I’m happy to help!
Can I use digital clipart images for fabric printing?
All clipart files are provided in 10 × 10 inches at 300 DPI, making them great for printing, including on fabric. That said, I always recommend doing a small test print first before producing a large batch, as I’m not able to personally test every design on fabric.
Do you offer cancelations and refunds?
Because these are digital items with instant download, refunds or cancellations aren’t available once the files have been downloaded.
If you run into any issues or have questions about your purchase, please feel free to reach out—I’m always happy to help!
