I will make my personal and personal order in the best possible way. In order to create a picture according to your desire, I need maximum information about the desired picture. The cost of the painting and the order time depends on the size and complexity of the painting .The more complex and larger the picture, the more time I need to work. When creating a custom painting, I will always be in touch and show you all the processes of creating a picture in the photo.

Incorrect address

Items will be sent to the address registered on your Etsy account (> NOT your Paypal address). Please ensure that you Etsy address is correct and updated before check out as it is not possible to retrieve or stop the package once sent. Any refund/re-delivery fee due to incorrect/ inaccurate address will be borne by buyer. Refund/re- delivery can only be done upon receipt of the returned package.

Unclaimed package

Items are sent by registered mail. Therefore, buyer is encouraged to track your package progressively in case of 'Attempted Delivery', that is, no one at the address to sign-off the package. In such cases, if the package gets return to us as 'Unclaimed', re-delivery fee under such circumstances will be borne by buyer.

Damaged item

If your item(s) arrive damaged, please contact us. We will require photographs of the items damage and the box (this is for claim purposes). We can't give refunds without photographic proof of the damage to the item and photos of the box/packaging. Please don't throw any of it away until everything has been resolved. Please contact us about any damage within 7 days of receipt of goods. Please note refunds or exchanges are only given for items damaged in transit. We can't refund or replace items that have been damaged due to rough handling.

Stolen items

We aren't responsible for stolen items that have been marked as delivered by the carrier. It is your responsibility as a buyer to make necessary arrangements to have items placed on hold, picked up or delivered to a safe location should you decide to go on holiday before the goods are delivered. If you know an item was delivered and failed to properly secure it I will not be held responsible should item be stolen from your front door, porch, mailbox or other common area of delivery by carrier.

Lost Packages:

Package is considered as lost if it doesn't come within 8 weeks from posting date and tracking info approves that. In this case, we will refund your order amount without Etsy commission (3.5%) and Paypal (for US-1.9% + $ 0.30, other countries-2.9% + $ 0.30)

Please note: refund will be provide after receiving the undamaged item.

We will refund your payment back only when the parcel is returned to me! (minus shipping costs and Etsy (3.5%) & PayPal fees (for US-1.9% + $ 0.30, other countries 2.9% + $ 0.30).If you do not pick up the parcel on time and it is returned, we do not refund the money for shipping and Etsy (3.5%) & Paypal fees (for US-1.9% + $ 0.30, other countries 2.9% + $ 0.30).if you want to cancel the transaction (before the order was made and shipped), pay attention to non-refundable Paypal (for the US-1.9% + $ 0.30, for other countries-2.9% + $ 0.30).

We don't hold any responsibility for the following situation to the products:

1. Color difference.( Please , if you have any doubts about the product, please contact us before purchasing and we will send you additional photos and videos of the product.)
2. Size problem because the customer did not read the description carefully before order. (please pay attentions while you are purchasing) 3. Other problems which are not the fault of the seller And also items CAN'T BE RETURN if:
- Items that have been worn or damagedue to client negligence.
- Not in the same condition as it was shipped.
- Post mark more than 7 days from the original received date.
- Custom orders. (Custom orders are non-refundable but if they are damaged on arrival, we will replace them. We will require photos to show the damage before a replac

If you have some problems during the shipping (package does not come, it takes too long and you are in hurry) - please contact for help. Item may be returned within 14 DAYS after the buyer receives the item (accordingly to the tracking) If you are not satisfied with your purchase. All items must be return in original conditions without any physical changes with all of its components (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with the original condition and original box/package, etc…).
