# Payment
All payments must be completed at checkout. We accept all payment methods supported by Etsy. Orders will not be processed until full payment is received. If payment fails or is pending, your order may be cancelled automatically. Please contact us via shop message or email: anzheng237846@outlook.com if you have any payment‑related issues.

# Processing & Production Time
Most items are handmade‑to‑order. Production time is 3‑10 business days, this does NOT include shipping transit time. Custom personalized pet items may need extra production time. Please check each listing for exact turnaround time. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

# Shipping
We ship worldwide. Shipping time is estimated and cannot be guaranteed. Delivery delays may occur due to customs inspection, holiday peak seasons or local postal service conditions.
Buyer is responsible for all import duties, customs fees and local taxes charged by your country.
We are not responsible for packages marked "delivered" by the shipping carrier but lost or stolen at your location. Please track your parcel with the provided tracking number.

# Returns, Refunds & Damages
Custom / personalized pet products (engraved, photo‑printed, name‑customized items) are handmade specifically for you. Custom orders are NOT eligible for return, exchange or refund, unless there is a manufacturing defect on our side.

Non‑custom ready‑to‑ship items can be returned within 14 days after you receive your package. The item must be unused, undamaged and kept in original packaging. Buyer covers return shipping cost. Refund will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please send clear photos of the product and package within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange replacement or partial refund for production‑caused defects. Damage claims will not be accepted after 48 hours upon receipt.

# Cancellations
Order cancellation is only available before we start production. Once handmade work has started, orders cannot be cancelled, especially for custom personalized pet products. Please send us a message immediately if you wish to cancel your purchase.
