Welcome to Pink Roses Handmade. Each item you see and buy has been made with love and care. We hold absolutely no stock items so everything is completely unique and bespoke.

Payment
Currently payment is via PayPal only and all designs must be paid for upfront. We require payment within three days of ordering; work will not take place until cleared payment has been received. After three days, if payment is not received, your order will be cancelled.
As each item is handmade to order, if you cancel the order once the item has been started, we will only refund 50% of your payment to cover the cost of materials.
Refunds will only be accepted if items are damaged.

Shipping
We aim to produce and post each item within one week of ordering. At busy times, this may take up to two weeks. Each item will be posted using Royal Mail and will be packaged carefully.
