Plus, I have never had such incredible customer service. I am not familiar with many computer functions etc and Ethan was so very helpful and patient in making sure things worked for me. I’d give this company 10 stars if I could. You won’t be disappointed choosing to do business with them

5 out of 5 starsEthan, the creator of this program is an amazing person. I emailed him asking if he could do an edit to add a few columns for some coin variations. Within an hour or less he recreated the entire spreadsheet. He added every coin category and made other improvements. The spreadsheet is easy to use, it is comprehensive and the owner operator is available to make adjustments as needed. I highly recommend this program to any collector trying to track your collection.

What files will I receive?
Every tracker includes an offline HTML app, a matching Excel workbook and a START-HERE setup guide. Bundles include three apps and three workbooks. Each listing shows the exact files. This is a digital download; no physical item is shipped.
Do I need an account, subscription, or internet connection?
No. The apps are bought once and run locally in a modern browser. There is no PlainsMadeCo account, subscription, server, or telemetry. After download, normal use does not require internet.
Will the files work on my phone, Mac, or Windows computer?
The HTML apps work best in a current desktop browser on Windows or Mac. Mobile handling of local HTML files varies, especially on iPhone and iPad. If a phone or tablet will be your only device, message me before purchasing. Excel files require compatible spreadsheet software.
How do the apps store my data, and should I make backups?
App data stays in your browser's local storage on your device. It is not uploaded to PlainsMadeCo. Use the included export or backup tools regularly, especially before clearing browser data, switching browsers, or moving to a new device.
Do metal values update automatically?
No. Bullion and silver tools use the spot price you enter. They calculate from your inputs but do not fetch live market prices. This keeps the tools fully offline and lets you control the price used.
Can you customize a tracker for me?
Message PlainsMadeCo through Etsy with the change you need. I review practical requests and will tell you what is possible before promising an update. Custom work is not included unless we agree to it.
