5 out of 5 starsFlosser arrived very quickly, well packaged, and is exactly as shown! I can understand how some people have issues with the knob as it is smaller and could be hard to grip, but the one on mine works perfectly and I'm able to use it as designed. I'm hopeful that this will get me back into flossing regularly!

4 out of 5 starsThe product arrived on time, fits perfectly, and is sturdy. The only feedback I would give is to create a lip around the edge so the cup doesn't vibrate off while brewing. I solved this by adding a little pad to keep the cup in place.
