1 out of 5 starsFile wasn't usable unless you have Canva. I have never had issues with files I have purchased on Etsy. It would be helpful if this was listed in the description.

Hi Stacey, sorry to hear you had trouble. This is a downloadable file (in many different formats) and can be large and quite detailed, so I’ve added the information to download directly from canva as an additional option, but is not at all the only option. Happy to help with anything if you reach out directly!
