Lock needed to break in and some lubrication to get to operate correctly. Had some metal shaving inside, but once cleaned and worked in for a bit it works well.

I got this the other day and I really like it! I've been looking for a good cut away lock that also included the lock cylinder in the cut away so that I can see the key pins and pick. The lock looks great and is a good quality lock. It is also easy to see the driver/security pins, key pins, and keyway. Previous reviews mention that the lock is 'sticky' and difficult to turn. I did encounter that, but a little lock oil fixed that easy enough. The lock also came with a good assortment of key pins and security pins. The keys included are different. One key has a gradual profile and the other is a high/low profile. The only thing was a ding in the negative was the shipping, but that was mainly USPS. The seller did a good job in getting the item out quickly, but USPS ran into issues that slowed the delivery. I would get again!

Excellent quality cutaway, works perfectly and gives more visibility into the mechanism than most cutaways I have seen. Took a little while to ship, but it was worth the wait.
