I don’t know why I’m getting request for a review for a product I never received. Reached out to the seller several times with zero response. Reached out to Etsy for help getting my refund and I’ve had no response. Incredibly disappointed and frustrated.

I really don’t like leaving bad reviews, but I’ve seen others have the same issue. There’s no communication. I’ve emailed, and tried to chat twice. Also a little confused on where I was supposed to email my pictures to. In their slide is says to email to one email and then in other locations it says a different one, which I’ve emailed both and still nothing. Im sure they do a beautiful job, but I wouldn’t know as I didn’t receive my order.

I had a negative experience dealing with this seller. They were difficult to communicate with and I never received my order. Many shops sell silhouettes, so I strongly recommend working with a different shop.
