Such a FABULOUS form! As soon as I placed the order I downloaded it within seconds, sent one off to my printer so I could really check it out properly, such a smooth way of getting information from my customers (I wish I had thought of it!) I know this will make my job sooo much easier, the seller really helped me figure out how to make alterations on Canva too, ten out of ten!
