Many PrintableFamilyFun products are Editable or have Editable versions that you can purchase. To ensure you are purchasing an editable version check for the word "Editable" at the start of the product title, and at the top of the first listing picture (highlighted in pink).

If you accidentally purchase a non-editable version instead of editable, send me a message and I can cancel & refund your original purchase when you purchase the editable version.

After purchasing an Editable product you will receive an email from JetTemplate with a unique access link to your editable template/s. This will take you to the JetTemplate platform where you can edit text, re-arrange elements, and change/add images to suit your needs.

When purchasing from your PC, Etsy will direct you to download your file/s immediately after payment.

If you have purchased on a mobile device (using the Etsy app) you will need to log in on a computer (or on your mobile web browser, rather than the Etsy app) to access your files.

On a PC/web browser, your purchased files can be accessed at any time from the 'Purchases and Reviews' section of your Etsy account. (Click on your profile picture, then 'purchases and reviews,' and then click on the "Download Files" button next to your purchase details.)

If you purchased as a 'guest' on Etsy your files will be instantly sent to your email address after payment.

Check your email. When you purchase an Editable product you will receive an email from JetTemplate with a unique access link to your template/s. Follow the link and you will be able to edit your templates on the JetTemplate platform.

Alternatively, you can also access your templates by going directly to JetTemplate.com and logging in with your email address and Etsy order number.

If you still need help accessing your template/s send me an Etsy message and let me know your preferred email address, so that I can update your email address with JetTemplate and resend the email.

Yes! The Editable Folding Routine Chart* templates are set to allow a total of 10 downloads each (valid for 12 months from the day of purchase. (So if you purchase the bundle, you could download 10 Morning Charts and 10 Bedtime Charts.)

You can save each of your downloaded PDFs to your computer to print again and again, as needed. (Not for re-selling/commercial use)

If you have any issues with downloading, or you need more downloads, you can always send me a message. I am generally happy to reset the download count at least once unless I suspect misuse.

*For other Editable products, check the product description/pictures to see how many downloads per template are included in your purchase.

Find the free **TRY-BEFORE-YOU-BUY EDITING-DEMO** link in the product description to test out all editing features and see available images (by clicking on the 'images' button on the left-hand side).

If you do not see the image/s you need, send me a message and I may be able to add them to the template for you.

It is also possible to add your own images to the template if you wish.

When using some mobile devices editing capabilities may be limited to basic text editing and rearranging images /text boxes. (With no access to other images or different font options.)

Different devices may vary. In my experience, I have full editing functionality on my iPad Air, but only basic editing capabilities using my iPhone12,

I’m sorry to hear you have run into this frustrating problem!

This kind of issue can usually be resolved by using a different web-browser when downloading your file/s from JetTemplate, or using a different PDF reader to open the downloaded PDFs. (I personally use Chrome and Chrome's built-in PDF reader or sometimes Adobe Acrobat Reader)

Alternatively, I more than happy to download your edited files from my end and email you the PDF files. I can also reset your download count to compensate for wasted downloads. So please do not hesitate to reach out!
