Can I return or exchange my purchase?
Due to the digital nature of our products we cannot offer any returns or refunds. Once a purchase has been downloaded you will always have access to your purchase.
If you made a purchase by accident be sure not to download your purchase. We will be able to check in our dashboard if the purchase has been downloaded. We will only be able to cancel your purchase if none of our products in your purchase has been downloaded.
Where can I find my digital file?
After check-out you can find your digital file in two ways:
1. Etsy will provide you a copy by sending a link to the email listed in your check-out information. If you have not received the link this may due to an incorrect or old email address being noted on your order details.
2. You can also find a copy in the purchases section of your account, the following link will take you straight there: https://www.etsy.com/us/your/purchases
How does a spreadsheet template work?
A spreadsheet template is a pre-formatted file to help you jumpstart your budgeting or planning. It's as easy as downloading the template and using it instantly!
All our templates are editable by Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, so you can choose from any of those programs. To know more about the software compatibility of a template, please refer to the individual listing descriptions.
The templates are also fully editable and customizable. Change the texts, titles, sections, colors, and fonts! You can personalize it according to your needs. However, the cells of the spreadsheets are protected by default to prevent accidental changes to formulas, but you can easily unprotect the sheet if you want to change anything!
I have difficulties to access my spreadsheet or it opens in view only mode, what should I do?
Sometimes, Google Sheets can have small bugs. If it does not open, or if it opens in a view only mode try the following:
In the top toolbar, click “File” → “Make a copy”. This will create a copy of the spreadsheet that will provide you with full access. If that does not work try the troubleshooting options down below.
- Open the spreadsheet from a computer or laptop
- Make sure there is enough space on your Google Drive
- Try a different browser
- Make sure you are logged into Google Sheets
If after you have tried all options above you are still experiencing issues be sure to reach out to us on Etsy so we can assist you further.
How to download my purchase?
Etsy sends you your order directly on your email linked with your Etsy account.
Please check your spam, sometimes Etsy emails go there. If your email is from Google (gmail), please also check your email in the Promotion and Social sections.
You can also find your order in your Etsy account with a computer. Simply click on your account (top right), then click on Purchases and Reviews and you should be able to see your order. You will also be able to download the files from there.
If you cannot find your email or find your order on Etsy, please contact us and share your email address and we will send you your order directly.
