Custom and personalized orders
We do offer customization on many items, feel free to contact us for details. We also offer completely custom works available on commission basis, pricing and availability/timeline subject to discretion. Not all custom works may be accepted or possible.
Durability
As all of the items we produce are made with glass, they are fragile and should be treated as such when caring for or moving the items. Pressure shouldn't be applied to the item as it may cause damage.
Care instructions
Always take care of your fragile art! Hanging pieces have attached hanging points and are often sent with chains and suction cups for small pieces. We recommend jack chain attached to wall hooks for larger pieces.
Do not use Windex or other chemical cleaners as they can stain or damage the coloration of solder! Use warm soap and water, do not scrub hard to clean. Commercial Finishing Compound or glass polish is available, inquire with us and we can direct you!
