Frequently asked questions
Can you edit these for me?
Yes. Most of these templates are 100% DIY editable in Canva. But if you do need me to customize your templates, I can do this for you for a US$5.00 fee, (up to 40 pages). There is a listing in my shop for this called "Customization For Your Order". Just purchase this along with your order and then send me a message outlining what changes you would like made. I'll then email the finished templates back to you within 48 hours. (Excludes weekends)
Where do I find the link to my download?
After you purchase this listing, go to the "Purchases and Reviews" section of your account. There you will find a summary of what you've purchased. Click "Download Files" and you will download a PDF containing instructions and the link to your purchased template/s which will open in Canva, ready for you to edit.
You will also receive an email from Etsy containing a download link.
Can I get my download via the Etsy App?
Unfortunately you can't download a digital purchase through the Etsy App at this time. You will need to log in to Etsy on your mobile browser or computer to download your files.
Do you send me printed material?
This is a digital product download only. No printed item will be shipped.
How much can I edit on these templates?
Most of these templates are 100% editable. You can change the colors, text, fonts, graphics and adjust the layout to your liking. Please message me if you need a different size.
Can I resell these templates?
These templates are for your Personal Use only to use in your business. They can not be redistributed, shared, resold or used commercially under any circumstances. You accept the terms and conditions by purchasing this file.
Can I get a refund?

Do I have to use Canva to edit my templates?
