Great quality! My daughter wanted a cheetah print controller and this definitely pleased her.

The controller is exactly what was in the picture and when I had issues they immediately solved it and then some to make up for it! Will definitely be buying from them again!

I really wanted to give a perfect rating but it must be noted that there were a couple of issues. I’m giving this purchase 3 stars for both shipping and customer service because I had to ask Etsy to intervene and contact seller because they were not answering my repeated inquiries as to when my order would be shipped which was finally shipped after it was supposed to have arrive. That said it must be noted that this seller DID make right in the end. They were very apologetic and upgraded shipping to 3 day FedEx. Lastly item/controller is a beautiful piece of quality art. With everything said I would still recommend this product and seller to anyone wanting a quality custom controllers.

So it is worth the money as far as I'm concerned exactly what I wanted just need to get used to it..only thing was I don't live only so someone tried to unbox it and I didn't let him so they are stupid for that and it is illegal for that and I didn't give one about it. This is my 2nd purchase. I am still happy with it. It’s a great controller. Love the colors, not as much purple in the middle as I was hoping for, there are a few bubbles in the paint and the white is much more bumpy, its not as smooth as the last controller. Still beautiful and I do like it. This was ship with someone different than FedEx, I think it was called Amazon basic. They delivered the controller to the wrong address. Luckily my boyfriend was home when I got the notification that it was delivered. I asked him to check the building next door. That’s where it was delivered. I don’t blame the shop but, I hope they rethink using them again. If my bf wasn’t home, that building is known to just take peoples packages. It was technically delivered on time but just not to my address. I would definitely buy again from this shop
